Introduction

Thank you for visiting this website. My name is Myung Han. I am the president of the foundation. I started Giving Heart Foundation, Inc. in April 2024 to serve God by serving the neighbors in need. We provide education materials, humanitarian aids, participate in church planting and support evangelism activities. With words of truth and deeds of love, we engage in poor communities in the world. Your prayer and support will encourage us to further this mission.

My Story

I was born in South Korea in 1958. When I was 21 years old. I became a Christian. The joy of salvation was tremendous. I praised the Savior Jesus everyday. Then the Lord sent me to America. That was in 1983 when I was 25 years old. For the next 40 years, I worked and studied. Then I thought I should do something for the Lord and his kingdom. Traveling some poor countries, I realized a need for a mission. I studied theology and received a Master of Divinity degree. Then I was ordained as a minister by International Ministerial Fellowship (www.imfserves.org).  At the same time, I established Giving Heart Foundation to start the mission. I  realized the need for mercy for the poor and needy. This foundation is all about mercy, following the spirit of the Good Samaritan. But we do not lose sight of the need for spiritual regeneration of people. So we support those who work for that purpose as well.
